Date: 11 December 2024 @ 12:00 - 13:00

Abstract:
It can be a challenge to engage and activate an audience when training the notoriously dry topic of RDM. Jeanne advocates for a playful approach and showcases examples from her training repertoire. She will share some lessons learned from her experience with online and face2face trainings in the context of participant engagement. There will be time to try out a few activities, to share and discuss.
