Mind the GAP is an online training tool for researchers on Good Academic Research Practices (GAP).The course has been created by the research integrity and policy advisors of the five Flemish universities: KU Leuven, UAntwerp, Ghent University, UHasselt and VUB. VLIR is the Flemish Interuniversity Council, an autonomous body financed by these universities.In addition, there is the Mind the GAP Podcast, especially for academic researchers. In half-hour episodes, you will dive into the practice of research with integrity.Questions around authorship, retractions, use of genAI, but also how a research path is never predictable and straightforward, and how to deal with data, are addressed.
