Galaxy Queensland meetup is a monthly meeting of Galaxy-qld users in Brisbane. The first meeting will start with a 20 min talk about GenomeSpace tools on Galaxy-qld followed by a discussion and Q&A time. Galaxy-qld is connected to the Australian GenomeSpace server that can manage the Object Store storage on the NeCTAR cloud. A Galaxy workflow will be created that imports data into Galaxy, modify it and export the results to external storage.
