The ELIXIR Biodiversity Community F2F/hybrid meeting takes place from 12:30 CEST on Thursday, April 10th, 2025 to 14:00 CEST on Friday, April 11th, 2025. This meeting is planned as a hybrid meeting, with the F2F component in Barcelona and the initial session will also be a joint session with the Microbiome Community (Day 1, 14:00-16:00).

During the meeting, the Community will discuss ongoing activities and possible engagement in the 2024-2028 ELIXIR Scientific Programme (lunch to lunch, Thursday to Friday).

The meeting will include presentations, workshops and participant engagement. The agenda will be shared in early 2025. Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you want to contribute or have any questions. 

This meeting has a limit of in-person attendees, with no-limit on virtual participant numbers. Selected invited participants will receive funding to attend the meeting. Details regarding funding and reimbursement will be shared after registration. Please do not book any travel untill after you have been notified.

Travel and venue

Once notified of your F2F attendance you will be expected to make your own travel and accommodation arrangements to the venue, reimbursement information will be shared with invited attendees after their successful registration.
