The 'always-on(line) culture' of remote working combined with our 'novelty seeking brain' make it harder to truly deconnect from work. We all stay “on” from time to time when a deadline approaches, but being always connected can also have a major impact on our productivity.From overstimulation to concentration problems or even burnout, the consequences of always being on have a major impact on our productivity.So we are quick to think: well, out with it! Digital detox then? Of course it's a good idea to just put your smartphone away sometimes (especially before sleeping), or to consciously scroll less aimlessly, but don't let your actions stop there. In this webinar, we'll discover the 3 forms of disconnection (digital, psychological and emotional) that help you focus (while at work) and mentally disconnect from work (outside of work).Please note that this webinar is overlapping with the session on the VIB seminar on disconnecting.
